About this event

  • Event lasts 40 minutes

Many energy industry operators are currently in the process of executing and/or finalising the scope and planning for their 2025 TARs/Shutdowns.

A shutdown schedule is an estimate of duration and, by nature, carries a degree of uncertainty. Therefore, it's important to examine the assumptions made during the development of the schedule.

An SRA provides a probabilistic data set which illustrates:

• The probability of achieving the deterministic outcome• The most likely completion date for the TAR• A range of probabilistic outcomes – typically we use P10, P50, and P90

Join Mick Grimshaw, Prism Energy’s Consultancy Lead, to learn more about the frequently used terminology, what this means, and to find out how the data set helps to manage wider business expectations and allow project teams to implement a plan for managing risks.
