Join us for our latest Exeter Centre for Circular Economy webinar: "How Standards of Good Practice Accelerate Trust in the Circular Economy".
Recent research from the British Standards Institution (BSI), in partnership with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, has highlighted the critical tipping point at which trust in circular practices is established - a point that can unlock widespread adoption and accelerate the transition to a circular economy.
With resources under increasing pressure, businesses must develop new skills and foster cross-functional collaboration to embed innovation across product development and operations. To achieve impact at scale, a shared language and agreed rules of engagement are essential.
Standards such as BS 8001 provide the clarity, consistency, and comparability needed to build confidence in the quality and sustainability of circular practices, enabling organisations to align strategies and accelerate circular adoption.
This session will explore how standards of good practice can enhance trust, support innovation, and drive systemic change across sectors.
