Our evening with Karen takes a look at how sugar affects our biochemistry and the reason why it's so hard to stop the cravings and how this can affect performance, mentally and physically. This session also includes a look at sweeteners and how they can be making you crave sugar even more.

We also encourage open discusion and Q+A at the end of our session.
