Google Digital Garage comes to libraries across Devon!

These sessions are for business owners, employees and people looking to start their own business. Also for students and young people looking to improve their online knowledge and skill sets.

In these workshops you will create a personal Google Digital Garage learning package and start your online learning or improve your existing online digital skills. From understanding Google Analytics, to learning how to get your business listed on Google Maps, these free to attend bite size sessions are ideal.

Please note : Sessions last for 1 hour and 30 minutes, you must be aged 19 or over and have not previously enrolled on the Google Digital Garage learning platform.

What to bring? As learning is via video tutorials, it is essential you bring your own headphones and a notepad.

Through Google Digital Garage, Barnstaple Business & Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC) will be supporting small businesses, sole traders and people setting up businesses. During the session BIPC staff will be helping attendees to make the most of Google’s Digital Garage resources so they can find a new job, set-up a business or make their exisiting business more efficient and profitable.

• Show you how to identify and set goals to improve your digital competency

• Show you how to choose topics and build a tailored learning plan that you can take away

• Get you started on your learning pathway
