In this 30-minute session, you will find out about the STEM Ambassador Programme and learn how to access 28,000 industry and HE volunteers from across the UK. Whether in person or virtually, we’ll showcase the many ways a volunteer can contextualise learning by demonstrating the day to day practical application of your subject area, or provide careers and progression inspiration. You’ll also hear from an Ambassador about how they work with educators and have the opportunity to ask questions. This online information event is for all educators (teachers, lecturers, careers leads, technicians, leaders) from all primary, secondary and post-16 settings.

The STEM Ambassadors volunteer programme that has been running for over 20 years. There are around 30,000 individuals who offer their time, passion, and energy to work with schools, colleges, and youth group organisations to support young people's STEM education and link STEM subjects to the real world of work.
