About this event

Time Management Training usually focuses on trying to manage time, but time isn't the fundamental problem - or the solution. Rather, it's about your choices, actions and energy. And most importantly: your attention.

What we'll cover

We'll show you how to deal with interruptions, paperwork, ideas and information - and how to sift through it all for the important stuff, define actions, get organised and stay in control.

You'll reduce stress by elimating those nagging feelings of doubt, guilt and overload panic, and replace them with focused, playful, purposeful and productive momentum.

What delegates have said

"I've learnt how to organise my chaos in a way that turns my chaos into actual work!" - GSK

"This workshop has shown me the better way to organising my daily workload and given me very useful tips on how to get the most important things done without pressure or too much stress. I believe this will help me create a work-balance life" - Campus Living Villages

Length/Format

This online time management course will take place on Zoom over the course of two mornings. There will be plenty of interactive exercises and group discussions, as well as 1-1 Ninja coaching in virtual breakout rooms. Think of it like having a Productivity Ninja sitting (virtually) at your desk, helping you get in control of everything you need to get done - in work and in life!

There will be practical exercises throughout the day, so feel free to bring along your to-do lists and/or any project-support materials.

My expertise

As a ‘Productivity Ninja’ I work with our clients to deliver and develop our range of workshops and coaching solutions. I combine a strong commercial background with the mindset of an educator, ensuring participants can implement their learning to best effect.

Why I do it

Throughout 12 years working in learning and development, the common thread has always been helping individuals, teams and organisations become the best at what they do with their skills and effort. The work we do at Think Productive delivers, very directly, exactly that.

My background

My journey to Think Productive had 3 elements. My first career in business for over a decade ensures I know what it’s like trying to get stuff done in the ‘real world’. Re-skilling as a qualified teacher and commercial trainer led to extensive L&D work in both public and private sectors. Finally there’s my long time passion for personal productivity. When I saw what Think Productive were up to, joining the team was a “must do”!
