Do I need to prepare for in advance?

Very little preparation is required before the day, however, you will need to take your inclusive leadership self-assessment (takes about 15 minutes online).

Is there any follow-up support after the training?

Yes, attendees will receive a toolkit and can book optional follow-up coaching sessions.
