About the speaker
Chris Worfolk is a psychologist specialising in anxiety. His 2018 research paper at Leeds Beckett University was the first to evaluate the use of mindfulness apps in clinically anxious populations. He is the author of Do More, Worry Less: Small Steps To Reduce Your Anxiety and has taught stress reduction techniques to over 10,000 students.
