Event description

Description

This talk is for anyone who feels they need to be more productive. Chris Worfolk, psychologist, explains why we get these feelings and how we can manage them to make ourselves happier and more productive.

Anxiety is often viewed as a negative feeling. However, the world's top performers and athletes use anxiety to perform at their best. By learning how the underlying mechanisms of stress affect us, and implementing strategies to capitalise on this, we can be healthier and more productive.

In this talk, you will learn:

  • How to manage the stress of having too much to do
  • How to use psychology to overcome avoidance
  • Skills to manage perfectionism
  • Be more relaxed while increasing your productivity
