I am delighted to be able to bring to you the first foundation workshop for parents, carers, mummies, daddies, grannies or anyone in a caring role who wants to live a more mindful life. They way we have created this workshop is designed to help you create a healthy foundation so that being mindful comes with ease. We have such annoying things that can get in the way like our emotions, self image, confidence and the fact that caring for another human being doesn't come with a manual!

- you know getting your own sh*t together has a massive impact on how you parent/care for others
- you are serious about your own personal development and are keen to explore new ways to enhance your self awareness
- want to hear from previously stressed out single mum to a child with an attachment disorder who learned the hard way how to make life easier, less stressful and more fulfilling.
I will be sharing with you the 4 steps that now allow me to live more fully, more balanced and with the best connection with my daughter I could wish for. I have first hand experience, I am realistic and will share real life steps you can take now that will allow you gain back the balance you are striving for.
