If so you’re not alone. We all feel like that sometimes but it stops being OK when it gets in the way of your social life, or has stopped you going for a promotion at work, or starting your own business or just speaking out about something that has annoyed you.
If you feel that your lack of confidence or self-doubt stops you doing something, anything, then this workshop is for you.
What affects confidence is unique to all of us and so we’ll focus on your personal confidence issues. Over the course of the day we’ll find out what confidence is and how it can affect your wellbeing and self-esteem. We’ll look at some of the theories that explain confidence and how you can make them work for you and help you feel able to take on the world (or at least have a go!).
You’ll leave with a better understanding of your own confidence and how to manage those times when you might feel a bit overwhelmed and unable to take on a challenge. So why not join us?

Yes, but please let me know who will be attending in your place.
What's the refund policy?
If you cancel 7 days before the workshop you may have a full refund. Within 7 days, I will refund your payment if I manage to find someone to take your place. Otherwise I'm afraid that no refunds are possible.
