Learn how to use the creative side of your brain more in your work and become more efficient in today’s work environment of constant change and complexity.

Ruth Sangale, who has over 20 years experience of leadership development and coaching will show you how to use creative coaching tools, using photos, music and mindfulnness to enhance your creativity at work. You will also have the opportunity to examine relevant issues in a playful, colourful and powerful way that produces surprising results. Ruth, is one of only three coach trainers in the UK accredited to train others in the use of points of you creative tools.

The day will be spent exploring and playing with a creative tool in different contexts including a pause process for creating focus, a personal album to identify your own story, and team puzzles for use in groups. You will also learn how to observe a photo using photo therapy techniques to broaden and deepen perspectives on a topic. This highly interactive workshop will broaden your points of view while teaching you how to use pictures to create breakthroughs in the way you think, communicate, respond, and act in varied work/life situations.

After each session there will be an opportunity to discuss the application of the tool in your work.

This workshop is intended for any professionals who want to expand their use of creativity and introduce an intuitive catalyst into their work processes.

For coaches this training is worth 6 Core Competency ICF CCEUs.

You will also gain a certificate of accreditation in the use of the tool.
