She currently leads Harnham's UK Contract function, having spent the last 8 years working both permanent and freelance roles exclusively within Data & Analytics. Additionally, Kirsty also leads Harnham's Diversity Committee globally, driving the business' efforts on inclusion, their external initiatives, and nurturing talent in the market.
