Is anxiety holding you back?
Anxiety can be overwhelming - but there are simple and effective ways to manage it. At this special event, mental health expert Dr Lee David will share powerful tools drawn from cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and compassion-focused approaches to help you better understand and reduce your anxiety.
You’ll learn why anxiety happens, how it affects your thoughts and behaviours, and what you can do to break the cycle. Lee will offer a compassionate, practical approach – helping you recognise unhelpful patterns, respond more effectively and regain a sense of calm and control. Whether you struggle with anxiety yourself or support others who do, this session will equip you with strategies you can start using straight away – even when time is short and life feels overwhelming.
