1.Who is the workshop suitable for?

The workshop is specially designed for children aged 6–12.Children under 6 years old are welcome too, but we recommend they attend with a parent or guardian to help guide them through the session.

2.Do I need any previous experience to join?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is needed!Our workshop is beginner-friendly and perfect for children who are curious and excited to learn something new.

3. What platform will the workshop be held on?

Accepted Answer

We’ll be using ClassIn, a user-friendly and secure online learning platform designed for engaging, interactive lessons. Don’t worry — it’s even easier to use than Zoom!

4.How do I access the workshop after booking?

Accepted Answer

After booking, you’ll receive an email with:

Instructions to download and install ClassIn
Your login information (if needed)
A simple guide to help you join the classroom on the day of the session

5.Will we receive materials for the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’ll email you a packet of all the materials in printable PDF format. Just print them before the session so your child is ready to participate fully.

6.Do I need to help my child during the session?

Accepted Answer

ClassIn is very intuitive, and our instructors guide the children step by step. Parents may just need to help with setup and logging in, especially for younger participants.

7. What if I have technical issues before or during the workshop?
