Join Indie Fude for a hands-on masterclass in crafting the ultimate cheeseboard. This guided session will take you on a journey through the cheesemaking process. From milk to maturation—giving you a deeper appreciation for the incredible artisan cheeses we’ll be working with.

Together, we’ll explore the essential elements of a well-balanced cheeseboard, featuring five standout cheeses—from creamy brie to bold blue and smoky favourites. You’ll learn how to pair them with the perfect accompaniments, including chutneys, honey, fresh fruits, and charcuterie, to elevate both flavour and presentation.
