Clinton Wingrove has over 40 years’ experience in people management and is the author of the book Super Teams. Clinton is also an international speaker. His personal passion continues to be “Optimizing individual and team productivity, performance, and development” and his personal motto is, “Don’t be miserable; too many people are better at it.” Clinton's ‘C-suite’ executive, and consulting roles has encompassed the UK, the USA, Barbados, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Emma Campolucci is a qualified counsellor and supervisor of counsellors, Counselling lecturer for Therapy House training and wellbeing trainer.

In her own words: "I’m a passionate people person who has devoted the last 15 years to learning ways to support people grow and develop. I completed a psychology degree with the Open University whilst my children were small and then began a four-year journey to become a qualified counsellor."

"I love designing and delivering training courses and have delivered courses to members of the community struggling with their mental health, qualified counsellors as part of their ongoing professional development and local businesses as part of mental health awareness activities."

"I currently deliver the Level 6 diploma in Supervision for qualified counsellors for Therapy House training, alongside my private practice at home as a counsellor and clinical supervisor. I have recently completed a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy practice."

Nicole Coulson has been Mapletree’s Marketing and Community Engagement Manager for Europe, including Green Park, for the past thirteen years. She leads over 600 events annually, with a strong focus on wellbeing. Nicole’s program benefits the 9,000 Green Park occupiers, offering activities ranging from Boot Camps and half marathons to photography, beekeeping, and flower arranging. New initiatives like wellness days, which provide advice on healthy eating and managing back pain, have also gained popularity. Nicole is committed to continuously improving the working lives of occupiers, ensuring daily opportunities for mental and physical wellness. Nicole’s ethos is to never stop searching for ways to improve the occupiers’ working lives at Green Park – which always means enhancing the human experience during the working day and ensuring people can take up daily opportunities to achieve wellness of mind and body.

Gurprit Singh has over 30 years’ experience in computing and IT as a software engineer and as the consulting services Chief Technology Officer at Microsoft and Hewlett Packard across Europe, Middle east and Africa. He has always been fascinated by philosophical questions and co-founded Ethical Reading after completing an ethics course. Gurprit is passionate about developing healthy and ethical workplaces where people are treated fairly, are shown and show respect in turn, have a clear social purpose and understand their responsibilities, duties and obligations to themselves and those around them.

Gurprit holds an MSc in Electronics from Southampton University and is a Fellow of the British Computer Society. He is married with three grown-up children and, in his spare time, enjoys keeping fit and running.
