Have you ever wondered why there are so many diets and why none of them work for you?

Have you tried all the fitness classes and still stuck in a rut?

In this course I cover the 5 main diet protocols which is "company neutral" and which is based on science and over 3 years of knowledge in the fitness industry.

Over the last 3 years I have helped my clients on tracked diet plans lose over 150kg in weight. I have refined my nutritional skills by not only being a fully qualified Personal Trainer but to be a fully qualified and insured nutrionalist. I have helped my clients gain confidence to go up on stage and earn gold medals in powerlifting, and become helped a client go up on stage at the biggest bikini competition in the UK.

Not only this I have helped other fitness professionals by sharing my journey with them.
