Inclusive Leadership - Creating a culture of belonging through the Coach Approach. A 60 minute workshop led by Circl.

Leadership is broken. There isn't a single woman of colour who runs a Fortune 500 company. There are over 90 called David or John that do.

Fortunately, the world is waking up. Organisations are trying to foster inclusive cultures that allow people to thrive, whatever their background or circumstance, but it's a challenge to build a truly inclusive culture.

The Circl team are excited to deliver a workshop designed to help you become a truly inclusive leader.

Circl trains leaders at Facebook, Innocent, Google, Uber, 02, Trustpilot, eBay, Pepsico, Hello Fresh and many others. We use the coach approach to leadership by training them alongside under-represented 18-24 year olds 'Circl Future Leader.'

In this session, you'll get to meet some of our Future Leaders, and we'll draw on our expertise to help you to use these skills to foster a more inclusive culture.

What's involved:

Part 1 (10 mins): Welcome! Meet the team and hear about Circl's unique approach to building inclusive leaders and how it could help you to be a better mentor and leader.

Part 2 (20 mins): Taster experience of the coach approach, while exploring the concept of inclusion.

Part 3 (30 mins): Discuss how to build belonging with some incredible 18-24 year old underrepresented Circl Future Leaders.

Workshop Speakers:

The session will be led by Charlie Stainforth (Accredited Executive Coach & Co-Founder and CEO at Circl) alongside his team and an elite group of the 18 - 24 year old underrepresented Future Leaders that have gone through the Circl Programme.
