Chris Osborne has spent the last fifteen years helping people cope with anxiety. Through working with some of the most vulnerable people he has developed a deep understanding of the role that stress and stressors play in modern life. He has learned to apply those same psychological principles to helping those of us blessed with good mental health improve our performance by managing stress when under pressure.
