Event description
This workshop is aimed at people suffering from a troubled digestive system, and provides scientific rationale and delicious food to eat.

About this Event

"The Wellness Kitchen" is delighted to announce the first in the series of practical workshops, focused on improving your gut health. The workshops take the form of practical cookery demonstrations, themed around improving your gut health, as a great way to improving many other aspects of health, happniess and functioning. As Hippocrates knew only too well, 200 years ago, all ill-health in some way or another, begins in the gut (whether there are overt digestive stmptoms or not).

This event is aimed at people suffering from symptoms such as indigestion, acid reflux, constipation, IBS, and/or coeliac disease or non-gluten sensitivity.

Join us to learn how to prepare meals which soothe and calm the inflammation that causes digestive symptoms and discomfort. All food prepared will be organic, vegan and gluten-free.

Attendees will receive a pack of resources following the workshop, including the recipes via email.

The Wellness Kitchen is a new collaboration between Tracy Land, Nutritional Therapist and Natural Chef, and Sam Croom, Thermomix Advisor and Registered Nurse. Our aim is to run workshops and cookery demonstrations and classes to make the preparation and cooking of delicious, healthy meals easier to incorportate into people's everyday lives. We want to share our passion for delicious food and enable people to connect and eat some amazing organic food together in the pursuit of good health.
