About this event

  • 1 hour

We look at what it actually means to put equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of your social business, why it's important and how to make it happen.

Hosted by Tim West, Pioneers Post, with the following guests:

This SE100 Social Business Coffee Break is supported by the Diversity Forum, whose mission is to drive inclusive investment in the UK.

The issue of diversity is a key focus for Pioneers Post, both in our webinars and our editorial content. In our most recent SE100 Social Business Survey, almost 80% of respondents said they had an equality, diversity and inclusion policy and action plan. However, some 60% skipped this question – suggesting that the number of social businesses who are really acting for positive change in this area is still in the minority.

So this series of conversations will explore how to run a truly diverse social business and why it matters, particularly when the pressure is on other priorities.

This webinar is FREE to attend.

The Social Business Coffee Breaks series of webinars is created and delivered by Pioneers Post in partnership with NatWest Social & Community Capital, as part of our NatWest SE100 programme to celebrate and learn from the UK’s most impressive social enterprises.
