About this event
Health • Personal health
🌟 Are you longing to feel like yourself again, releasing what holds you back?
🌟 Do you wish you could reconnect with joy, purpose, and what lights you up?
🌟 Would you love more clarity, confidence and calm, in a space to show up just as you are?
This is for you if:
☁️ You’ve been craving a deeper connection with yourself
🫶 You feel stuck, stressed, numb or lost
☁️ You’re navigating emotions or transitions and need support
🫶 You know you could find your purpose and passion if you felt more alive and inspired
☁️ You’re tired of intellectualising pain and just want to feel more
🫶 You don’t want to push yourself anymore; you need a softer way to find peace
You don’t need to have done this kind of work before. You just need to be willing and open to show up as you are, with deep curiosity about opening up to life and exploring long-term positive change.
I'll guide you in a meditation and we'll explore some written inquiry and somatic practices, before I lead you in a conscious breathwork journey.

More about my breathwork sessions
Conscious connected breathwork has a range of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. It's a beautiful tool for building a better relationship with our own bodies, regulating our nervous systems and addressing suppressed emotions. 🫁
Feedback has included:
"I arrived at the session totally overwhelmed and anxious and feel amazing now! Loved it, and making that time for myself. Thank you!”
“Really enjoyed the session. My mind never switches off but this gave me the space to focus only on the breath (which I usually struggle to do if I meditate). Very relaxing. Felt like 5 minutes went by. Thank you :-)”
“Excellent session, thank you. Loved having the chance to empty the mind and relax”
“Love how nurturing and welcoming Becky was, guiding us all the way through the session, making me feel comfortable and safe.”
“The session was really relaxing and peaceful. I feel much more calm and rested.”
“Really soothing session, very approachable, felt safe”
“The session was not what I expected and it exceeded my expectations. My body and emotions reacted in ways I did not expect to release emotion. The session was great, I will definitely attend again. Thank you!”
“Becky was fantastic. She made me feel at ease right from the start and guided me through. I feel so relaxed, thank you"

About me:
I am fully accredited as a facilitator of breathwork and integrative somatic release. I carried out training in the UK, Mexico, Spain and Canada, holding space for and supporting participants from around the world. I now love bringing this work to local communities, creating reassuring, uplifting and relaxing spaces for healing and expansion. I'm also committed to continuously deepening my training, and expanding my own personal growth, in the field of somatic healing 💛
Personally, I have found breathwork incredibly powerful for managing ADHD symptoms, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) and some difficult life events. It has been pivotal in my emotional wellbeing and physical health, and is now an essential practice for looking after my mind and body. 💆🏻♀️
I also offer 1:1 somatic therapy sessions, in person or over Zoom.
