Want to constitute your project, group or organisation? Unsure which structure is right for you and what's involved? This session is for you!

About the workshop
This practical workshop delivered by Medway Voluntary Action will guide you through the process of constituting and governing your group, exploring the different structural options available and what might work best for your goals.

You’ll also discover the local support available to help you get set up and support you as a newly constituted organisation. This session is a mixture of practical excercises, presentations, Q&A and discussion. The workshop is designed for emerging groups, community organisers, and anyone looking to formalise their heritage work.

About the Medway Heritage Place programme
