Do you suffer from the 'January Blues'? This workshop will help you understand overwhelm, especially at a time when you can struggle to settle back into a normal routine, as well as battle seasonal affective disorder. The presenter is diagnosed with ADHD and will walk you through what makes her feel less overwhelmed with large tasks, difficult conversations, and life pressures. She will also discuss how you can set boundaries (especially as a people pleaser) so that you reach that place of overwhelm less often.
