As we near the end of 2016, it's time to reflect on the year that's passed and where we are in our life.
The New Year always presents opportunities to start afresh but it's a sad fact that >90% of New Year resolutions are never achieved.
And as the years pass, if improving our health is our goal, our bodies become less forgiving when we don't reach them.
I am PASSIONATE about changing women's lives. Changing their bodies, their health and their minds is my mission and I want to help as many women as possible spring sprightly into their menopausal years and beyond.

At this seminar we will cover:
- Mindset - if your head isn't in the right place, you are wasting time and energy trying to achieve something that won't be reached. Actively working on your mindset is key.
- Cognitive behaviour change - changing habits is a science. Understanding it is key to adopting new behaviours, nurturing them into habits that make for life-long changes.
- Goal setting - if you don't have goals, you're not going anywhere. Setting them smartly is a key factor in reaching them.
- Healthy living - there are cornerstone principles that belong in the life of every healthy body. Understanding them and more importantly, how to bring them into our busy lives, is a must if we wish to age in good health.
This 2-hour seminar will be packed with information but you will walk away with easy-to-implement ACTIONS that you can start to put in place IMMEDIATELY.
All proceeds beyond the venue hire will go directly to St Luke's Cheshire Hospice and Kidscan (Children's Cancer Research). Proceeds will be split 50:50 between the two charities.
