Event description

Description

In this session for directors of development and those leading fundraising within their organisations, award-winning trainer Rob Woods shares a model for how to create a donor-centred culture in which every staff member, trustee and volunteer is empowered to be an ambassador and champion. Using examples, he will explain two particular strategies for how to increase income through this approach to fundraising leadership and culture. The session will include a chance to explore these ideas under Chatham House Rules, led by Rob.

This session takes place during the Cultural Sector Network Conference in our smallest space, the Rittner Room. You must have a ticket to the Conference to attend.
