Event description

Description

Are you looking to network better, make new friends, or pitch/present you business for funding or new clients in a better way?

If so, this 1 day fun and interactive event will teach you the science of making a great presentation and first impression, as well as put you through your paces during the day.

Your ability to connect and clearly and succinctly articulate what you do, and why people would want to do business with you, or fund you, is a key life and business skill. The principles of making a good pitch or presentation are the same as making a good first impression. Whether you want to be better at pitching, networking, making new friends, or attracting funding into your business, this 1 day interactive workshop will teach you in a fun way how to improve your ability to connect with others.

So, if you really want to know whether your business or idea is ready to attract funding, or you want to improve your social or communication skills, come along and I guarantee you will have plenty of positive take-outs for this packed day event. About the trainer

I worked in customer-facing professions all of my life, through catering, banking, nursing and making funding introductions. These days I train people how to present, and find a harmonious work-life balance through understanding how stress at work impacts staff. I also run a business network and am asked to sit on panels of investors and assess the presentation skills of the delegates. Because of this I have personal connections with several investors and their networks.

I trained as a trainer back in 1995 and have always kept this role throughout all of my career changes. Now it is my aim to help you to discover whether your business or good idea is ready to attract funding, and to facilitate you connecting with the right people.

I look forward to meeting you,

Adam
