How to create a menopause-inclusive workplace that benefits everyone
Event Information
About this event
Menopause support isn't a wellbeing box-ticking exercise. In a world where retaining talented people at work is essential, up to a quarter of women are leaving their jobs* because of the effects of the menopause.
In this advice-packed webinar, we'll be joined by Jo Wood who, as a therapist and member of the British Menopause Society, supports women to manage their menopause symptoms through group cognitive behaviour therapy.
Jo is also an Adult and Youth instructor for Mental Health First Aid England and has extensive experience of working as an Associate Director of People within the NHS - so we really couldn't have anyone better to discuss menopause support from a physical, mental and employment law perspective.
Join us to get practical advice on creating a supportive environment at work for all those experiencing menopause symptoms including trans, intersex and non-binary employees. Raising awareness among all employees not only creates a more inclusive workplace culture, but can be beneficial for employees supporting loved ones outside of work too.
