How to Create an Application Process & Manage for Volunteers

This is the third in a series of 'Bitesize' training being delivered online over the coming months.

Join us for this opportunity looking at how to devise a suitable Volunteer Application process after an initial interest has been made by a potential volunteer.
We will look at the use of application forms, interview techniques, the need for informality over formality, background checks as well as the role of the applicant in the process.

We will look at the Volunteer Management Circle and where the application process fits in. Also included in this session will be to look at being able to ‘say no’ to any unsuitable applications.
