In this talk we will explore common hurdles to starting and continuing habits we know to be healthy.
You will realise that we are all unique, and you should be applying different strategies depending on your personaility. What works for one person may not work for you!
There will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions, and to voice some of the struggles you may have had with making a particular habit stick. We have found that hearing other people's stories can help you on your health journey.
