We are the result of a lifetime of influence from those around us: family, friends, culture and expectations.

For many of us, we are told that centring our own needs, desires and wants is not the done thing. That leading by what is important to us makes us selfish, entitled and unrealistic.


From today, let's make a change.


Burning ourselves out by living by others’ expectations is no longer working. Instead, imagine what could happen if we started creating a life where our individual needs are seen as a catalyst for a society that values health, sharing wealth, self-awareness and conversation.

I can't make it live - will it be recorded?

Yes! There is a recording only ticket available to watch back if you know you aren't available. To protect the privacy for the live participants, this won't include the Q&A session

How long is the workshop?

The content part tends to be 1 hour, with the last 30 minutes for Q&A.

Do I have to speak / have my video on
