Recruitment and Diversity & Inclusion: How to create diverse and inclusive hiring and recruitment processes
About this event
Do you manage recruitment as part of your role, or perhaps your organisation is looking to develop a more inclusive recruitment strategy? As part of Business in the Community’s Skills Exchange Series we will be joined by PageGroup volunteers from their Diversity, Equality and Inclusion team who will share with you how to build meaningful diverse and inclusive recruitment practices into your organisation.
PageGroup is a global company that provides recruitment services and career opportunities. Committed to promoting equal opportunities and inclusion in the workplace.
The webinar will be led by two experienced members of the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DE&I) team.
Ollie Thorn - DE&I Client Solutions Senior Manager
DE&I is a real passion for Ollie. Living with a disability and a full-time wheelchair user, he brings his lived experience of disability to help clients recruit more diverse employees and find new and untapped talent.
A huge element of unlocking the value associated with diversity comes from the inclusive culture within an organisation. Ollie has extensive experience reviewing the key elements that drive change and providing advice and support to implement change.
Bolu Faseun - DE&I Client Solutions Client Lead
Bolu has encountered first-hand some of the many challenges and barriers individuals from underrepresented groups experience in the workplace.
With her lived experiences and her determination for fairness and equality, Bolu focuses on helping clients address these challenges by creating a more reflective, accepting, fair recruitment process and building more inclusive cultures.
Ollie and Bolu will share key learnings and lessons on how to attract diversity as part of your organisation’s recruitment process.
