After careers as a rugby professional and a long-haul airline captain, leading multi-disciplinary crews at 40,000 feet, Tony helped to found Believe Solutions, the “social-value disruptor”. He helps businesses and public bodies turn ESG and procurement duties into measurable, community-driven impact through its High-Performance Social Value framework.
Drawing on 30 years of lived experience in professional sport, aviation safety culture and cross-sector collaboration, Tony shows organisations how belief, data and disciplined delivery unlock social value that lasts. He currently advises boards, procurement leaders and VCSE partners across the North of England, and speaks nationally on purpose-led performance, inclusive growth and the power of collective action.
