How to Deal with Burgeoning CSB Registers -
Part 1 Monitoring & Managing Demand

8th May 12-30pm-2pm

This masterclass seeks to revisit the basic principles around the Right to Build Duty relating to registers, specifically demand, and the mandatory need for LPAs to hold and publicise a self-build register.

Demonstrating healthy demand for custom and self-build (CSB) is crucial for CSB delivery. This session will consider what good monitoring practices look like, the common issues faced by LPAs and how managing demand is vital.

We will consider good practice illustrated through case studies, and, perhaps, some anonymised less good practice.

Cost: £80 (incl VAT) per person, or FREE for anyone working in local government (with a gov.uk email), or for members of a registered community-led housing group.
