Marcus is a successful and creative Allergan Business Consultant with over 16 years’ experience working within the private surgical and non-surgical Medical Aesthetics Marketplace.

His passion is making a real difference to aesthetic team staff by providing them with the knowledge, tools and processes to make significant advances with the minimum amount of time and resources invested.

He consistently delivers a wide range of operational and strategic projects ranging from improving clinic efficiency, profitability, strategic/marketing planning, staff management, financial analysis, and website development.

He has a Business Studies Degree from Plymouth University and is a part qualified Management Accountant. He has written business articles for inclusion in Allergan Access, a client centred Business Resource website and is a podium speaker at national and international conferences.

In his career to date he has held a variety of commercial roles within sales, marketing, national account management, coaching, training and management.
