During this 90-minute interactive session, Catalyst’s Digital Practice and Learning Associate Joyce Borgs will run through the key steps involved in the process of digitising training.

Joyce explains:

“I will cover the benefits of moving training online, best practice training design, user research, digital journeys, and mapping existing tools and resources. I’ll share tips, tools and real-life case study examples, so that participants leave the session equipped with the knowledge and confidence necessary to begin the process.”

Joyce will cover key principles, including:

Starting with user needs in mind
Starting small and iterating
Building for sustainability
Understanding what’s out there

This will be an interactive session where you will be able to ask questions and share your experiences and challenges with other small charities. Joyce will also provide details of additional support services designed to help with the process of moving training online.

Spaces are limited to 15 per session and these will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If spaces fill up there will be a waiting list you can join and we will run additional sessions. By joining the waiting list, we will also share the recording of the session with you.
