4 1hour 30minute workshops on the following dates:

Thursday 10th December 20:00 – 21:30
Thursday 17th December 20:00 – 21:30
The workshops will cover
• Exploration of your strengths
• Exploring how the mind works and how to help it focus on the positive.
• How you have the ability to take control of your life.
• How you have the ability to see choice in every aspect of life.
• Identify habits and beliefs that may be holding you back and how to turn this around.
• Learn and practice tools, techniques and routines that will all bring positivity and peace into your life.

We spent our morning being led by the very gifted Shauna – founder of Don’t Cope Live. Lost in lockdown many of our staff needed a refocus and restart on their mindset – in order to welcome back our pupils we need to be strong. We need to be ready. We need to respond to their worries and not react. Shauna gave us the tools to work through a plan today, firstly focusing on us, the teachers. About the Trainer
Shauna has over 20 years’ experience in the health and well-being profession. She is a qualified Social Worker and NLP Life Coach. Shauna feels that helping people develop a positive mindset is a huge part of her life’s purpose. Alongside working with 1000’s of people in relation to their own mindset, Shauna has lived a life filled with obstacles. As she has overcome each one she has personally experienced the benefits of applying a positive mindset to your life.
