Delivered by Michelle Smith of Inlet Management, this workshop will guide entrepreneurs and start ups on how to weave consistency into their processes and create a strategy for introducing and reviewing processes through Plan, Do, Check, Act method.

  • Skills to be able to define how the process of improvement should be a continuous journey
  • Develop robust checklists, templates and visual management to support consistency and efficiency
  • The ability to write a basic process flow to assess efficiency
  • Understand how having standard operating procedures builds consistency and efficiency
  • Have a strategy for introducing and reviewing processes through Plan, Do, Check, Act
  • Be able to understand how to adopt consistency and efficiency as standard in everything they do.
