How To Develop World Class Leadership, with Simon Hartley, MSc
How can you develop world class leadership?
A survey of over 10,000 employers across the globe revealed that 98% said they would prefer their people to have the right mind-set above the perfect skill set. When asked how many ‘normal’ employees they would trade for just one with the right mentality, the average answer was 7.3. This rose to 8.4 in leaders!
How do world class organisations ensure that they have people with the right mentality?
The All Blacks rugby team recruit people first and players second. They also develop character in people before skills in players. The world’s best organisations go beyond teaching skills and knowledge. They know that the challenges of today require characteristics such as resilience, tenacity and composure.
So, how can we develop the character and qualities we need in our leaders?
During this workshop, we’ll be adopting an approach that has been used to develop character and mind-set in Olympic athletes and elite professional sportsmen. This approach has also been used to develop qualities, characteristics and a winning mentality with leaders in business. This workshop will help you to develop the characteristics of world class leadership in your leaders.
At the end of the session, you will have a tangible, specific and personal action plan to develop world class leadership in your team.
To ensure we keep it personal, this workshop is limited to just 10 people!
