About this event

If you're fundraising for equity and don't know what SEIS & EIS is or you are not sure what you need to do to successfully complete your application then join this session to hear from SEIS & EIS expert, Bronagh Duggan, on how Sapphire Capital do theirs and the tips they learned along the way.

What will be covered:

  • A brief overview of the steps and links to download them
  • Onscreen sharing of example submission documents and emails with downloads where possible

Speaker:

Bronagh Duggan is an investment associate at Sapphire Capital Partners who works with start-ups and early-stage companies, specialising in SEIS and EIS advance assurance applications for both UK and overseas companies. She has a passion for helping start-up companies. She has completed the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association’s EIS & VCT diplomas and is a Green Shoots (EISA) member and an EIS Affiliate. Bronagh graduated with Honours in Finance and Investment Analysis at Ulster University.
