I've purchased an add-on, how will I receive this?

Please scroll to the bottom of the Eventbrite order confirmation email where you will find the WeTransfer download link for accessing the add-on download.

How many tickets  do I need to buy for multiple people attending?

Accepted Answer

You only need to buy 1 ticket per device - for multiple people sat at 1 computer, you just need 1 ticket!

Question 3

When will I be sent the activity pack and recording?

Accepted Answer

You will be sent both the recording and activity pack a couple of hours after the event, once the video has exported. We send a download link via a Mailchimp newsletter to the email used to purchase the ticket. Please check your junk box for emails from events@thephoenixcomic.co.uk.

Question 4

How do I join the event?

Accepted Answer

Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be sent a link to the online event page to your confirmation email. You must join from this online event page and we recommend using a desktop computer or laptop to avoid any issues.

What do I need to draw along at home?

Accepted Answer

If you're drawing along, make sure you have a pencil, plenty of paper and a rubber to hand.

Will attendees be on camera?

Accepted Answer

Just the artist and host will be on camera and they won't be able to see or hear any attendees. Throughout the session, attendees can help our artist with the creation by taking part in polls and can ask any questions or send messages via the Q&A button.
