Study the techniques and gain practical experience of drawing Buddha’s face, following the sacred proportions of Buddhist art. Come and enjoy a relaxing and peaceful day and leave at the end with a Buddha drawn by your own fair hand.
All materials will be supplied.
Kadam Chris is the principal artist at the Kadampa Art workshop in Kelmarsh and a senior artist in the New Kadampa Tradition. He has painted many statues, that adorns Kadampa Meditation Centres & Temples throughout the world.
Kadam Chris has been teaching both statue and thangka painting courses for many years. He is always willing to share his knowledge enthusiasm to those who are interested. No previous experience is necessary just a willingness to learn and have fun.
Kadam Chris Heyes is the Resident Teacher of Nagarjuna Leicester Kadampa Meditation Centre. He is a dedicated student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and
