How to Enjoy Poetry

Poetry - what does it all mean? What is it trying to do, and how? Do I even like it??

In these monthly reading clubs, you will be sent three poems by contemporary writers, and some questions or provocations to get you thinking about them. Then we meet and talk about them - simple!

For the writers among you, I will also set an optional writing prompt, and you are welcome to stay on with me after the talking part of the evening to do a 10-minute speed-write together.
