Join us on 24th March and learn how to leverage the tools at your disposal and create and use effective physical and digital networking. There are pro's and con’s to both, our event will help offer a best practice guide taken from our speakers' personal experiences.


Our panel members include;

CHANTAL RICKARDS - Head of Programming & branded Content, MEC

Chantal is Head of Programming & Branded Content at MEC in London for the EMEA region. She arrived in June '07 from UKTV. She spent nearly six years in commissioning and channel management for the BBC, concentrating on their lifestyle channels with responsibility for commissioning and executive producing up to 16 television series a year. Prior to UKTV Chantal ran the Carlton Food Network, re-branding it as the Taste Network. A former executive producer. producer and director, Chantal spent the early part of her television career making programmes for BBC, ITV, Sky and Channel 4 in the UK. She worked on a mixture of live and recorded shows, for terrestrial and digital channels. Chantal has recently been appointed as BAFTA Los Angeles' first CEO.

TIFFANY WILLIAMS - Global Account Manager, Linkedin

Currently managing LinkedIn Sales Solutions Enterprise customers Tiffany's ambition is to enable sales and marketing professionals to find prospects through warm introductions, leveraging the LinkedIn network through building relationships. Tiffany also leads the Women@LinkedIn London Board, where the charter is to connect women who work at LinkedIn with opportunities for personal and professional growth through leadership, education, networking and recognition.


EMMA McNAMARA - Founder, Propel

As co-founder of Propel, Emma has been at the heart of the digital and recruitment industries for many years. Her current role is immensely varied, and she holds responsibility for the financial, marketing, HR, operations and internal recruitment aspects of the business. Proud of Propel’s success as both a recruiter and an employer of choice, she has been pivotal in establishing the company as a thought-leader across the technology, advertising and marketing space.


AILEEN McGURRAN - Head of Software Development, Weve

Aileen is an experienced software delivery manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex project portfolios within large multi-functional teams and smaller start-up operations. Experienced in building agile cultures within software development environments. Aileen is committed to understanding and motivating multi-disciplined teams to ensure they perform, communicate and succeed.

The evening will be moderated by Roxanne Hobbs;

Roxanne is a coach and trainer who runs her own consultancy specifically to help female leaders to advance careers at key inflection points when they may lead (maternity, about to become ‘leaders) . Consults for Dentsu Aegis Tracy De Groose and is actively putting in place mirrors and structures to allow organisations to change /support women to get through these points in careers.
