About this Event

Vital research on the Climate Crisis is ongoing, providing much needed evidence about the changes that are happening to our world. But what are your questions and concerns?

Join us for a discussion where we will be sharing recent research on issues related to the current Climate Emergency and discussing how it relates to your community. We will also be considering ideas around how to ensure that we can all be involved in understanding and acting on the growing knowledge being developed on these vital issues.

*Please note: This event is aimed for people who live in Cornwall and Devon as it will be covering local issues*

This workshop is being led by Emily Taylor, a PhD Student at the University of Exeter Medical School. Her research is looking at independence in older people. Emily is passionate about social prescribing and the development of strong, diverse and sustainable communities. She has worked in the NHS, for local charities and as a carer drawing on these experiences in both her research and extra-curricular activities.
