How can we let go of events in the past that have hurt us? Being able to let go of the label ‘victim’ can give us the mental space and freedom to move on and perhaps even forgive others; healing our heart from the pain of anger and resentment.

We also need to forgive ourself for any mistakes we’ve made in the past and instead learn important, spiritual lessons from them so that we can improve ourself and become the person we aspire to be.

Genuine forgiveness is a profound skill to learn and a strong, stable mind that releases us from a painful past so that we can move forward into a happier future. In this meditation workshop we will explore practical ways of thinking from Buddha’s teachings to free ourselves and others with forgiveness.
