About this Event

Most marketers in the UK are now using social media marketing in some clever strategic capacity, whether it is corporate blogging, creative conversation campaigns or building brand ambassadors through a dedicated online community. However, how many of us know how to attribute a meaningful ROI on the activity we’re undertaking with our content and social?

There is now a pressing need to look beyond low-level reporting – such as ‘counting metrics’ towards sophisticated data and analytics that demonstrate genuine business value and the fundamental value that social media and content marketing can now bring.

The main types of social media metric by platform

• What's tangible - the specific metrics that demonstrate value

• A bespoke approach: what metrics suit your brand

• ROR - return on relationship values

• How to integrate social media measurement into the rest of your metrics

• Case studies and best practice
