About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

This is an in-person talk, being held here at the Grapevine Centre. Sian is Clinical Lead and Psychotherapist at the Therapy and Lifestyle Clinic. In this talk, she will explore why sleep is important, what goes on in the body and brain during sleep, the effect of poor sleep on our physical and mental health, whether there is an optimal amount of sleep or whether it's different for everyone, and why so many of us have difficulty with sleep. Sian will then explain to us her strategies for how to get a better night's sleep.
