EVERYBODY WANTS TO BE HAPPY!

But unfortunately the world doesn't teach us how to be.

And as many people are finding out: you certainly can't buy happiness; relationships don't necessarily bring happiness; and in the workplace the concept of happiness can often seem elusive. So much of your life can be spent in a state of unhappiness!

So how do you get happy? And stay happy? These fun, practical workshops - run by 'Professional Happiness Coach' Stephen Surridge - are designed to teach you just that, empowering you, making you conscious of how you can make yourself a happier person and effectively manage your mental health on a day-to-day basis.

WARNING

These workshops cannot make you happy - only you have control over your emotional state. But we can make you consciously aware of how you can improve your emotional state, teaching you mental techniques and strategies to make yourself a happier person.

The techniques taught require practice and patience - there are no quick fix McDonald's drive-thru solutions. You will have to change your habits of thought to become a happier person.

Please bring pen and paper with you to take notes, although much of the workshops will involve practical exercises, group work and general interactive discussion.

* These workshops are offered free of charge but we request all attendees pay at the end of each session what they think the content is worth to them.

** The workshop venue offers seating for a maximum of 20 people. In the case of over-subscribing, it will be a case of standing room only.
